Our brand new program focuses on developing the physical attributes required to succeed in sport. Participants will be exposed to a range of training modalities covering areas such as speed, strength, agility and movement proficiency.
Through this program we aim to increase confidence, enjoyment and athletic prowess. We also aim to educate our participants on topics such as injury reduction.
Open to athletes of all ages playing any sport - learn to move well and set up your foundation for success!
All sessions delivered by Rob who has over 20 years experience as a strength and conditioning coach and Myotherapist.
