For casual bookings, please register and pay online for your first session and then additional sessions can be paid in cash or via this link.
 
Season 2026 starts in December 2025! We will be providing 4 pre-christmas sessions. When we return in the new year, we will provide another 8 sessions.
 
Sessions will include conditioning, strength and netball court work.
 
This will be a great opportunity to maintain your fitness and help to reduce the risk of injury upon returning to sport.
